The Fourth Workshop
After lunch and letters, the party attempted to return to the archives only to find them closed. Jirna wanted to stay and get them back open but the party wasn't having it, walking out of the palace and out into the town on their own. They followed Thorrfig's locate object spell and found the fourth workshop.

Fentra and Felines
Korboz's daughter Fentra was frantic and sleep deprived as she single-mindedly focused on constructing an image of the thing she saw. After helping her snap out of it, the party attempted some spellwork to give them a location to investigate to no avail. They also cornered Brownie the cat, who alluded to the fact that something was lurking on the north half of town.

Mixed Signals
The party went with Jirna to the Gnomengarde Archives, where they found plenty of written evidence of the transmutation workshop's recent existence. With the plot thickening, the party adjourned to their quarters to prepare for the next day. Jirna showed up bright and early once again to take the party to their meeting in the Grand Hall with all the workshops at once.

Artificeries and Administrators
Gnomengarde is a town built around its workshops. Our party was led on a tour of each workshop where they met the head artificers. They used this opportunity to vet potentials for recruitment to work at the Lost Mines. Additionally, the mystery surrounding Vrizz deepened after a meeting with Korboz.

Longsaddle
Within the small town of Longsaddle, the party found a trove of knowledge, a post office, and a wainwright. They bought a number of magical upgrades for their carriage and then headed off to Gnomengarde.

Harpy Song
The party loaded up and decided to stop at Longsaddle before continuing to Gnomengarde. Along the way, a midnight encounter with a harpy almost led to Stuu's demise. An overly enthusiastic bard badgered them for stories on the road as well.

Revenge of the Drow
Having liberated Telran's hoard from his lair, the party returned to their cart and found Hada waiting for them. Something wasn't right with him, and the party was instantly suspicious of another doppleganger dupe. Sure enough, a Drow party was waiting to strike.

Telran the Terrible
The party forged ahead deeper into the caves, encountering kobold resistance as the temperature dropped. Finally they found their quarry and his hoard in a large room scattered about with acid pools. The battle that followed ended when Thorrfig caved in part of the roof on Telran's head.

Acid and Boulders
Telran the Black and his minion kobolds attacked the party. The fight was won and the party pressed depper into the caves, encountering a rolling boulder trap.
